Domestic Energy Assessor (DEA)



Are you a self-employed, qualified DEA looking to get more business appointments in your diary?

Would you like to represent the largest property services company in the UK, and add us to your client portfolio?

Key Responsibilities:

  • Undertake independent domestic energy audits on Vibrant’s behalf
  • Submit industry standard reports on the same day 
  • Take ownership of quality control and submission process 
  • Build effective relationships with clients in your area
  • Establish regular communication with Customer Excellence and Scheduling teams 
  • Display a ‘right first time’ attitude to service delivery
  • Adhere to Vibrant’s workflow processes and service standards

Inventory Clerk



As a Self-Employed Inventory Clerk, you will be reporting on the condition of properties in and around your local area using an iPad (iOS) free app.

There’s a variety of work available involving property inventories, checking tenants in and out of a property, carrying out mid-term tenancy inspections, and liaising with lettings and estate agents. You don’t have to know about inventories as we will provide full free training.

The role requires great attention to detail, the ability to deal with situations as they arise, and delivering a great customer service.

If you're friendly, customer-focused, and willing to go that extra mile, then this could be just the job you've been looking for.
